I had one of the worst boat trip experiences with my family, which includes three kids and my pregnant wife. On the day of the trip, the weather was extremely hot, around 40 degrees Celsius. The generator overheated, and we asked to return because it was impossible to sleep in those conditions. However, the staff refused and left us to sleep on the boat's floor until morning without any assistance. We tried calling them multiple times but received no response. Because of this, we decided to cut our three-night trip short to just one day. Additionally, the room was poorly prepared, and the pillows were filthy. To make matters worse, when we returned, one of the bathrooms was flooded with sewage. Despite all these issues, the company refused to refund us. This company only cares about money and has no sense of humanity.
